• Financial estimates and company information are approximations, not verified facts
• The Service should supplement, not replace, your own due diligence and research
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs

5.2 Professional Judgment

You agree to use professional judgment when acting on information provided by the Service. Any business decisions should be based on verified information from primary sources, not solely on AI-generated analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LeadTrova and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADTROVA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Business interruption
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadTrova and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
